SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING TIMES & RATES

Every piece is handmade to order and will take between 3-5 weeks from the date the order is placed for your piece to be completed. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Shipping is complimentary and will be sent via DHL Express.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us of your return within 14 days of your order's receipt, via bf@bernadetteflindt.com. We accept returns on all items except for engraved and customized orders.

To return an item, please follow the instructions below:

1) Email bf@bernadetteflindt.com with your order number and request for return within one week from the delivery date. We will send you a pre-paid, insured return label.

2) Package your items in the original box they were received in, fix the return label to the outer shipping box, and drop off at a DHL location.

TAXES

Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of order outside the EU. It will be your responsibility to pay these charges if and when asked to by your local authorities.

LOST AND STOLEN ITEMS

Until the item has been marked ‘Delivered,’ Bernadette Flindt will assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items. However, once the package has been delivered and signed for, Bernadette Flindt is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods.
