The www.bernadetteflindt.com website (the "Site") is owned by Flindt (“Bernadette Flindt”). www.bernadetteflindt.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. www.bernadetteflindt.com is an E-Commerce Site that sells jewelry.

Downloading content from the website is only allowed for personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep the copyright intact. You may not copy, republish or distribute content from the website for public or commercial purposes or otherwise use the copyrighted content without permission from Bernadette Flindt. Bernadette Flindt content is not for resale.

PRICES & PAYMENT

Bernadette Flindt accepts Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. If payment is by debit or credit card, the customer must enter all the necessary information on the card and, in the case of a transaction with 3D Secure, the security code. All information is sent securely to www.bernadetteflindt.com, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection. Bernadette Flindt is not liable for any delay in payment from the card issuer. By purchaing from www.bernadetteflindt.com you authorize Stripe to undertake additional security checks, if necessary, to confirm your order.

Orders from outside of the EU may be subject to custom fees upon arrival in your country. These expenses are not covered by Bernadette Flindt.

TAXES & DUTIES

If your order is placed in a country inside the EU, you will pay Danish VAT, but no custom duty, in accordance with the rules governing the free movement of goods.

Please be advised that orders from outside of the EU may be subject to local charges (customs duty, sales tax, etc.) upon arrival in your country. These charges are at your own expense. If this is the case, you will be contacted by the local shipping company. Please note that this could delay your order, as the shipment might be withheld by customs. It is your responsibility to contact the shipping company and pay the additional costs.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Every piece is handmade to order and will take between 3-5 weeks from the date the order is placed for your piece to be completed. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Shipping is complimentary and will be sent via DHL Express. Delivery of goods from Bernadette Flindt is considered complete when the consumer has received the goods supplied. Bernadette Flindt has no responsibility for delays concerning payment issues or customs clearance.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLIC

YThe right of return applies within 14 days of delivery. We accept returns on all items except for engraved and/or customized orders which are final sale. The product must be returned in its original packaging. Unidentified returns will be returned to sender. A returned item must come from the same country as which it was originally shipped. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you have received an incorrect or damaged item.

All returns are presented to quality control for inspection. In the case of a return showing any trace of wear or use, creating a loss of value to the item, or returned without the original or damaged packaging, result in the return being rejected. Rejected items will be returned to the customer without reimbursement of the purchase price.

Any potential losses, due to currency fluctuations, will not be reimbursed in a credit card refund.

If you wish to exchange an item, this can be done by placing a new order and returning the unwanted item. Once Bernadette Flindt receives the returned product, the items(s) are refunded.

Withdrawal are honored, by law, within 14 days of purchase. The total amount is refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of notice of withdrawal. Bernadette Flindt may withhold the refund until the item has been received or until you have submitted documentation for returning the item, whichever is the earliest.

An item can be returned, regardless of its use, except for engraved and/or customized items. You, however, are responsible for any deterioration of the value of the product due to other handling than is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the product. If you have handled the product differently than what is necessary to test the product and the value of the product, as a result, is deteriorated, Bernadette Flindt will deduct an amount corresponding to the impairment.

INTERNATIONAL USERS

The Site is controlled, operated and administered by Bernadette Flindt from our offices in Denmark. If you access the Site from a location outside Denmark, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Bernadette Flindt content accessed through www.bernadetteflindt.com in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Bernadette Flindt makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, and accuracy of the information, products, services for any purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all such information, products and services are provided "as is" without warranty or condition of any kind. Bernadette Flindt hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, products, services, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Bernadette Flindt be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the site, with the delay or inability to use the site or related services, the provision of or failure to provide services, or for any information, products, and services obtained through the site, or otherwise arising out of the use of the site, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if Bernadette Flindt has been advised of the possibility of damages.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Bernadette Flindt reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which www.bernadetteflindt.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions.
